Changing The Way The World Does Business Business needs a new approach. A different approach that includes authentic values and actions in all of it's operations from it's overall mission to it's daily activities, from team building to targets, from communication to community involvement. This is just one way that business can change to amend it's current culture Quite simply, current practices and values have made most of the mess that we are in today. Ego-centric opportunists, jobs for the boys and gentlemen's agreements have all contributed and let's face it, they are not likely to change now. Turkeys don't vote for Christmas! It is time for change. I will be a part of that change. I am passionate about the need for change and for the record, I walk my talk! |
